Terms of Service & Seller Agreement
Welcome to ElevenTurns marketplace ('we', 'our', 'us'). These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our marketplace platform, services, and features. By creating an account, listing products, or using our platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Seller Fee & Payout Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
To sell on ElevenTurns marketplace, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and complete registration details.
• Comply with all local, state, federal, and international regulations.
We plan to offer ElevenTurns Sellers Clubs — community-based groups designed to support growth and collaboration. Participation in a Sellers Club may be required for certain seller tiers or collaborations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:
• Provide accurate and current information.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not use another seller’s account without authorization.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring all product listings are accurate and comply with applicable laws.
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
• Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods.
• Hazardous materials and restricted chemicals.
• Pornographic or inappropriate content.
• Any items prohibited by applicable law.
By selling on ElevenTurns marketplace, you agree to the applicable fees and payout schedules defined in our Seller Fee & Payout Policy. Key highlights include:
• Referral fees vary by category, averaging 9%.
• Payment processing fees apply where applicable.
• Payouts are typically issued within 5-15 business days and after product receipt by and where there are no pending or outstanding customer claims regarding a sale.
• Subscription fees may apply to certain seller tiers.
We support seller-managed returns by default:
• Sellers handle return approvals and inspect returned items.
• Sellers pay return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
• Buyers pay return shipping for buyer’s remorse returns.
• Refunds are processed securely via the marketplace platform.
ElevenTurns marketplace reserves the right to:
• Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
• Remove listings that violate laws or community standards.
• Protect intellectual property rights.
• Make changes to services and platform features at any time.
We care about your privacy. Our collection, storage, and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy and acknowledge your responsibility and potential liability to handle customer data in compliance with GDPR, U.S. regulations, and other applicable laws and holding ElevenTurns harmless where you are responsible or complicit in any privacy or compliance breach.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElevenTurns marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using our platform.
In the event of a dispute between you and ElevenTurns marketplace, we encourage you to contact us directly to seek resolution. If we cannot resolve the matter informally, any disputes will be governed by the laws of Virginia, and resolved in the courts located in Richmond, Virginia.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Sellers will be notified of any material changes via email or through their Seller Dashboard. Continued use of the marketplace after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
