Based in Chicago, TnS Studio is a design firm that is intentional in choosing clients and projects that aim to serve and save the South Side. We prioritize our work in underserved communities with the intention to make a visible impact.
TnS Studio emphasizes building reuse, with adaptive reuse renovations as our signature. We strive to reduce the abandonment in Black neighborhoods by connecting developers and organizations [that are looking to expand] with vacant properties. We then create a design plan to restore the building’s beauty and give it a new function.
